    博士,教授,博士生导师

简介:
现任大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院院长;教育部卫星导航联合研究中心“卫星小型化与先进载荷研究”分中心主任;辽宁省先进光电子技术重点实验室主任。
长期从事信息光电子技术领域的研究与教学工作,重点开展
(1)微波光子技术与应用研究;
(2)集成光子技术与器件研究;
(3)光子生物传感芯片与功能器件研究。
主持承担国家“十一五”、 “十二五”预研项目、863计划课题和国家自然科学基金等科技项目多项。研究成果曾获国家科技进步二等奖一项,原国家教委科技进步二等奖一项,及省级科技进步二等奖一项。获辽宁省教学成果奖一等奖一项。2007年获大连市政府授予的“大连市优秀专家”称号。在国际和国内重要学术期刊发表学术论文100余篇,出版学术专著二部(编委一部,撰写独立专题一部)。多次担任重要国际学术会议TPC(Technical Program Committee)委员。
